You'll provide day-to-day and strategic coaching/counseling to managers and employees in the areas of: organizational assessment, development and effectiveness; compensation and benefits; conflict resolution; and team-based work system processes. You'll also facilitate all major Cummins Human Resources processes with operations, support and engineering customer groups.
